Irrigated cropping is based on our Conargo holdings, and consists of 650ha of lateral and pivot sprays and 800ha flood irrigation in contour and border check layouts.

Water is sourced from the Murrumbidgee River irrigation system. Allocations and water value play a big part on each season’s production and land use.

Flood areas are laser levelled with importance placed on efficient drainage and quick application.

Summer and winter crops are planted with priority given to utilising the moisture profile from summer crops for subsequent crops.
